Development and Recognition

TransUnion values and promotes the growth of associates in their jobs, roles and careers. Our managers are held accountable for associates' professional development and encouraged to promote the wide range of opportunities we offer for individual styles of learning.

Our associates have on-demand access to more than 2,500 online courses. Classroom, mentorship, coaching and seminars also form part of the learning experience. Associates are encouraged to set their own career objectives and collaboratively design development plans to achieve those objectives.

Performance management

Success is shared at TransUnion. Your achievement is directly linked to the organization's achievement. We promote frequent feedback, performance checkpoints, regular reviews and the support to achieve your goals.

Development planning

Through collaborative development planning, you'll clearly understand which business, interpersonal, management and technical competencies support your success at TransUnion. Once you near the point of full competence in your role, you'll receive encouragement and guidance on how to move to the next stage of your TransUnion career.  As a result, nearly one-third of our open positions have been filled internally.
