If changes that you have made to key reporting fields (i.e., account number, portfolio type, identification number, or date open) have caused anomalies in your data, contact us. While you may be aware that you are making these changes, it is imperative that we are also aware of these changes prior to sending them to us in production. We can test your file, then plan for and take corrective actions to minimize the impact to our database and your consumers.
