

Internet Explorer users:
1. Click Favorites on the toolbar at the top of your browser (Internet Explorer 7 users, locate and click the star icon with the green plus sign).
2. Choose Add to Favorites.Firefox users:
1. Click Bookmarks on the toolbar at the top of your browser.
2. Choose Bookmark This Page.
2. Submitting a Joint Report? Select the "Same as primary subject address" checkbox and the address fields will fill in automatically.

4. Regularly view important maintenance messages. To access your messages, click on the "Messages" link in the right-hand column of the Home page.
5. Entering multiple product requests? Save time by using the "Place Multiple Orders" option on the home page. Simply fill in your first product request and click "Next Order." Your order will be submitted and you’ll remain on the input form to enter in your next order. After entering in your last order, click "Finish." On the Order Results page, you can select one or more of the orders and click “Download” to create a Zip file containing the results for multiple orders.
6. De-clutter your home page by selecting the + brown boxes to open only the modules you are actively using and the - brown boxes to close modules that you are not using.
7. Quickly check the status of portfolio services ordered within the past 14 days from the Home page by clicking on the "Portfolio Services" module.
8. View all orders placed within the past seven days by clicking on "Order History" in the left-hand column of the Home page. To view orders placed during a prior session, you will need to answer your Challenge Response. If you forgot your Challenge Response, simply click on the "Forget your challenge question?" link.
9. Save time by ordering additional reports for the same consumer without having to re-key information. From the Order History page, click on the blue + button under the Options column for the subject. This will take you to the Product Input screen where the consumer's name and address information is pre-populated for easy processing.
10. Save time by setting defaults for your location and subscriber code settings to the ones you use most within your profile.
11. Keep TransUnion Direct secure by not sharing user IDs, passwords or challenge responses.
