TransUnion’s Request for Investigation form makes disputing credit reporting inaccuracies easy. Once you complete and mail the written form, you should expect a mailed response from TransUnion within 45 days.

To file a dispute, simply follow these instructions:

• Print and complete the form with your information
• Mail the completed form to the return address listed on the form
