Highlighting Women in Government Relations and Policy with Global Women’s Innovation Network

As part of our enterprise commitment to gender equity, TransUnion strives to drive progress through innovative development, connection-building and partnership opportunities for our women associates globally.

One example is our sponsorship of the Global Women’s Innovation Network, known as GlobalWIN.

Founded in 2009, the bipartisan organization provides a dynamic forum for women who are passionate about innovation. Through programming, professional development and networking, GlobalWIN highlights the important role of women in policy by nurturing their members’ passions and aspirations. The group features six honorary co-chairs from the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives — three Democrats and three Republicans — and is a unique platform for recognizing the achievements of women in the field and convening leaders both in the U.S. and around the globe.

“We’re thrilled to participate in GlobalWIN and advance our shared commitment to elevating emerging women leaders in technology and innovation,” explained Allison Shuster, Head of U.S. Government Relations at TransUnion. “Together, we’re creating a shared community of leaders — a space that empowers women at all career stages in government relations.”

Today, GlobalWIN hosts more than 40 events each year and represents over 100 members globally, with support from its board, co-chairs and sponsors.
