Our paid subscription offers locking of your TransUnion and Equifax credit reports, alerts and more. To cancel online, log in and click “Manage Account” located in the main menu area.


TrueIdentity is our basic identity protection product lets you lock your TransUnion credit report with the touch of a button. TrueIdentity Premium is our paid identity protection product that includes your credit report and score. You can cancel your account by clicking here

NEW: TransUnion Identity Protection

Our comprehensive identity protection solution safeguards you and your loved ones against identity theft and fraud. To cancel online, log into your member dashboard, then go to the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen.  Select the "Protection Plan" tab, then click the "Cancel" button under your Current plan.
