At TransUnion, we’re a Workforce for Good; a global team of thousands connected by a shared sense of purpose and driven to make a real impact through three pillars: Career Opportunities, Personal Growth; Flexible Experience, Welcoming Culture; and Good Works, Real Impact.
Pete Holman, Senior Advisor, Data Design & Analytics, put Good Works, Real Impact into action by nominating TransUnion UK’s charity of the year: Andy’s Man Club. Andy’s Man Club is an organization that encourages awareness and dialogue around men’s mental health — and while it may be based in the UK, there’s no doubt that their mission resonates on a global scale.
Andy’s Man Club has had a personal impact on our Leeds office. Not only has it encouraged Pete to nurture his mental health — it’s given him the courage to open up about it with others. Hear more below.
Promoting wellness and community is central to what makes TransUnion a Workforce for Good. It’s not just about showing up, sticking to a job description then going home; it’s about belonging, and engaging with communities in ways that inspire joy and fulfillment. We encourage associates to take advantage of volunteer opportunities in their region, in addition to ongoing fundraising and community events throughout the year.
