Additional details:
Please review them carefully.
The TransUnion Credit Lock feature will be deactivated once your account is transitioned to the updated experience. Until then, you’ll still have access to this feature. If you have a TransUnion Credit Lock in place at the time of your transition, it will remain locked until you remove it. Once you remove your Credit Lock, you will still be able to place a credit freeze at no cost on your account, which will also block lenders from checking your report to open an account. You can always manage your free credit freeze through TransUnion. Click here to learn more about freezing your credit.
Equifax Credit Lock
The Equifax Credit Lock feature will be deactivated by 1/31/2025 but you will still have access to it until then. If you have an active lock on your Equifax credit file at the time of deactivation, it will remain locked for your protection until you replace it with a credit freeze on Equifax’s website. You can also call their customer support team at (888) 378-4329.
CreditCompassTM (Score goal setting)
CreditCompassTM will be going away, but you’ll still have access to similar credit health insights and tools.

$1,000,000 Identity Theft Insurance

We will be providing coverage as part of the updated experience, but at a reduced amount of $25,000 until you cancel your current membership or upgrade your membership. You will be able to upgrade your membership once you are transitioned to the updated experience.
ID Restoration
