Valeria Alvarado, Sr. Analyst, Sales Enablement brings Flexible Experience, Welcoming Culture to life at our Global Capability Center (GCC) Costa Rica. Living with retinitis pigmentosa, a degenerative eye disease causing vision loss, she is accompanied by her guide dog, Bella — a beloved presence in the office. With accommodations including large monitors and a brightened workspace, Valeria is set up for success, while Bella enjoys her own cozy spot nearby.

Outside of work, Valeria is passionate about raising awareness around service dogs in Costa Rica, with hopes of expanding their presence across the region.
