There's more to data reporting than simply submitting your monthly update file. Our e-OSCAR® Support team handles all issues related to consumer dispute processing and our Client Technical Services team manages everything related to the setup and format of your automated inquiry and response programming, including explanations of credit report attributes. The Billing Information department is where all billing and invoice-related questions should be directed. The TransUnion Account Management Team will support you in every facet of your business needs, and if a consumer would like to be removed from pre-screen offers, they should contact the Opt-Out department. See below for resources within TransUnion to support your relationship with us.
Data furnishers must register with and use e-OSCAR®, the Online Solution for Complete and Accurate Reporting, for consumer disputes. e-OSCAR® submits and updates disputes electronically, which avoids mail delays and permits updates on multiple bureaus simultaneously. It is also in compliance with FCRA and Metro 2® standards. Visit www.e-OSCAR.org for information on responding to consumer disputes, correcting inaccurately reported data, registering with e-OSCAR®, or e-OSCAR® costs.
You must have your TransUnion reporting subscriber code in order to register with e-OSCAR®. To request your TransUnion reporting subscriber code(s), please contact your Data Reporting Representative. If you do not know who your Data Reporting Representative is, please contact Data Operations at 1-800-303-9664 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
It may be necessary to validate a change has taken place based on an e-OSCAR® transaction.
