ADAN celebrated Black History Month through a series of events for associates, including a fireside chat on financial inclusion for the Black community, a Q&A with a keynote speaker and workshop about branding your authenticity.
Launched in 2023, our CareGivers group supports associates across all stages of the caregiving journey. The group celebrated National Caregivers Month by sharing valuable resources with associates and continued initiatives like Parent Buddy, Neurodivergent Kids, Elder Care and End of Life, and Spouse and Partner care programming.
Following our theme of “TU y tú,” FUTURO — TransUnion’s group empowering Hispanic and Latino associates and their allies — celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month by welcoming a keynote speaker, hosting a “Cafecito” chat with leaders in our Latin American business, and featuring a DJ setlist focused on Hispanic and Latino musical artists.
Green @ TU, our group dedicated to environmental sustainability, discussed equitable access to water, resource management and individual usage in acknowledgment of Earth Day. Associates also participated in a live exercise using an interactive water footprint calculator.
Peace of Mind, our group fostering mindful, harmonious and productive work/life balance through contemplative practices, hosted a guided walking meditation and a special education session for associates and their children to learn about simple mindfulness practices.
During Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, PAC hosted a “cook ‘n chat” with a prominent Asian American chef, as well as an in-person potluck focused on celebrating associates’ cultural heritage through food.
Under the theme “Strength in Solidarity,” Pride @ TU celebrated Pride Month by hosting a trivia showdown aimed at increasing awareness of LGBTQ+ topics and allyship, as well as a panel event focused on highlighting the intersectionality of this diverse community at TransUnion.
TransUnion’s Network for Upcoming Professionals, or TuneUp, hosted events focused on topics like mindfulness, goalsetting and branding including a candid Q&A with senior leaders about navigating career roadblocks.
The Veterans Alliance recognized Veterans Day in the US by hosting a competitive initiative for TransUnion associates to give blood, donate money and volunteer time with veteran organizations. Beyond the initiative, leaders also engaged service members in an informative career session with a nonprofit supporting transitioning veterans.
Women @ TU celebrated Women’s History Month, International Women’s Day and International Transgender Day of Visibility through keynote speaking engagements and educational events about using inclusive language.
